This could be the matrix detailing the reckless abandon with which collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) incorporating crappy subprime mortgages were bundled, sold, transferred, rebundled, resold, and then stuffed into corporate mattresses around the world…



…but what the matrix actually documents is the 1996 syphilis outbreak among some 200 teenagers in Rockdale County, Georgia.

Some comparisons just beg to be made.
