Beware non-rhetorical rhetorical questions

The proprietor of Citizen Palin 4 President scoffs at President Barack Obama’s nuclear experience:

Has President Obama ever stepped foot on a missile defense base or even seen an interceptor?

But ask Well, has Obama?, and the proprietor refuses to post the question, let alone answer it.

I’m guessing the citizen for Citizen Palin 4 President hasn’t a clue.
