A couple days ago I busted Jake Tapper’s chicken sandwich-chewing chops for (1) passing along a Drudge Report story and (2) passing along a Drudge Report story without due diligence. This time around Tapper gets a gold star and a Well done! for calling bullshit bullshit. The bullshit here is the GOP’s flagrant twisting of (okay: outright lying about) statements Obama made about the US, Israel, and Palestine.
Calling bullshit -- you know, it used to be called journalism.
