Filibuster Alito into oblivion

DhinMI at Daily Kos judiciously considers "Why the Democrats May Not Filibuster Alito."

It's thoughtful and well reasoned, and comes complete with hundreds of (mostly) thoughtful and well-reasoned comments.

My response: let's filibuster Alito into oblivion.

Why?

Both Alito and I are from New Jersey — and if there's one thing I know, it's what a sneaky little shit from New Jersey looks like.

And Alito is the worst kind of a sneaky little shit from New Jersey: a politically ambitious one.

And if appointed to the Supreme Court for life, Alito will become absolutely the most dangerous kind of a sneaky little shit from New Jersey: a powerful one.

So let the Democrats filibuster and the Republicans go nuclear and the FOXNews All Stars have grand mal seizures.

God it would be so worth it.
