To us they're shrouds, to the Opinion Journal they're silver linings

Dropping in for a quick visit from bizarro world, Brendan Miniter offers this psycho-patho-pollyannish take on the death and devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
A Silver Lining?
New Orleans had a failing public school system. Its children deserve better.
And thanks to President George W. Bush's innovative, outside-the-box thinking, careful attention to detail, and ever-vigilant attitude toward protecting his citizens, the children of New Orleans -- at least those who physically survived Hurricane Katrina and are not too traumatized from their Head Start sessions in the Hieronymus Bosch-Dome -- will now get a whole new chance at not being "left behind" in many new and exciting locales.
