The Communist Party USA uses old ladies all over the world. They’re retired and use their husbands military pension to “overthrow the United States.” They have time and can go to any country in the world disguised as “a tourist.” These tourists meet with student and other Communist groups and guide them in their “revolution against U.S. imperialism.” Since Latin America is at the forefront of their activism, they speak Spanish very well. Sometimes they take their fake “daughters” with them who are experts in Latin American affairs and speak fluent Spanish.

These old ladies organize marches and they are the sheepherders. Most little sheep are not Communists but they shout what the sheepherders tell them. [emph added]
