The Frog and Peach

Let’s hope this is just a case of really bad copyediting, otherwise it would seem that Dr. Andy Gordus, an environmental scientist with the California Department of Fish and Game, believes decomposing frog remains in salad greens are, like soggy croutons, simply an aesthetic problem.
Frogs are unrelated to E. coli [contamination], but their remains in bags of mechanically harvested greens are unsightly, Gordus said, so "the industry has been using food safety as a premise to eliminate frogs."
Couldn’t let this go by without including Dudley Moore and Peter Cook’s classic, “The Frog and Peach.”
