The Atlantic has a nifty Then and Now statistical map that details the changes America has witnessed since George W. Bush took office in 2001. The map highlights the painfully obvious, eg, manufacturing-employment growth over the previous 8 years was -22.2%, as well as the, ah, cryptic, eg, the number of school groups visiting the NSA’s Cryptologic Museum more than doubled.
