ED HENRY: The bottom line is that we've spoken to legal analysts who say [Gov. Jeb Bush] does have the authority to go in and to have the state take custody of Terri Schiavo and put that feeding tube back in. . . .
But the bottom line is, is that, based on what the governor had said last night in that brief interview with a local television station, he doesn't seem to have the stomach for that kind of a move.
And the bottom line also is that that was a wincingly bad choice of phrase.
